The Embassy of Sweden in U.K/Consulates of Sweden in U.K are the sole representatives of Sweden in United Kingdom (U.K), which can issue Visa to U.K residents.

The Swedish Embassy/Consulates issue Visa for Sweden as well as Schengen Visa which renders the permission to the applicant to visit any of the 26 member countries of the Schengen Agreement.

If you are visiting any single Schengen country (e.g. Sweden here), then you should apply to the appropriate embassy/consulate of that particular country (Swedish Embassy/Consulate in this case).

If you are planning to visit more than one Schengen country, then it is suggestible that you apply to the Embassy/Consulate of the country in which you will be staying for the longest period. In case, there is no major destination but you are going to visit many countries during your Europe tour, then apply to the Embassy/Consulate of the particular country which is your first destination.

The Visa Application Centre does not undertake the task of preparing applications and only accepts and processes the applications according to the instructions and norms provided by the Embassy/Consulates.
Fees is non-refundable in nature and it will not be returned if your Visa Application is rejected by the respective Embassy/Consulate.
The Embassy/Consulate sends a Refusal Letter stating the reasons of refusal.
A person is free to reapply anytime if in case his/her application for Visa has been refused by the Embassy/Consulate. There is no fixed time or gap to be observed before you make a fresh application. But it is important that you meet the criteria due to which the application was rejected before re-applying.
